Sessions are usually conducted within the time span of 50 minutes and can be scheduled to accommodate each patient’s unique needs and preferred frequency.  A treatment plan will be developed with the behavioral health provider to best meet your treatment needs.

Psychiatry and Counseling

For many psychological conditions, psychiatry coupled with continued counseling is recommended to achieve noticeable balance in day-to-day life. If your psychotherapist’s belief that your behavioral health could benefit from more than counseling, you may be referred to a psychiatrist for a diagnostic assessment and medication management.
